Remington Zacher
President

Hey! My name is Remington Zacher and I am a junior at the University of North Dakota majoring in Accountancy and Chinese Studies. I am originally from the beautiful city Parshall, North Dakota.

This will be my 6th year in FBLA-PBL, during this time I have filled several local officer positions, was elected the State Webmaster for North Dakota. I have attended National Fall Leadership Conferences in Minneapolis and Denver, and sumer National Leadership Conferences in Nashville, Chicago, Atlanta, and Anaheim.

When I’m not working with PBL, you will most likely find me around campus in a meeting, studying, or just hanging out.

I am looking forward to the year ahead and plan to continue the working toward increasing membership, developing connections with FBLA, and making Phi Beta Lambda even better.

Landon Fuhrman
Vice President of Finance and Member Development

Hi, my name is Landon Fuhrman and I am a junior at the University of North Dakota majoring in Accountancy.

I am going into my 6th year in FBLA-PBL. I served a year as the Bismarck State College President and a year as a State Officer in FBLA. I am very excited that you have chosen me to help lead North Dakota PBL. I have attended National Leadership Conferences in Chicago and Nashville.

When I graduate, I hope to get a job with one of the “Big 4” or work for the Minnesota Twins. When I’m not studying for school, I’m usually hanging out with friends, playing frisbee golf, playing fantasy football, and sleeping.

Joe Laszewski
Vice President of Communications

My name is Joe Laszewski and a Senior at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. I am majoring in Accounting and also earning my Sports Business minor.

I was a member of FBLA for three years in high school, and have been a member of UND PBL for the last three years as well. FBLA-PBL has always been a lot of fun for me. It has been a great way for me to build friendships and relationships with students from other fields of study, that I otherwise would not have gotten to make. The organization also provides great opportunities for social networking and professional growth.

I was born in Iowa City, IA but spent most of my childhood growing up in Bismarck, ND. When I'm not studying or working I like to spend my time with friends and family. Some of my favorite hobbies include hockey, hunting, fishing, golf, racquetball, working out, and reading. After graduating I plan to earn my CPA and then attend Law School.  

Josh Nelson
Vice President of Public Relations

Hi, I'm Josh Nelson. I am a sophomore at the University of North Dakota majoring in Managerial Finance and Corporate Accounting. I am from Grand Forks, ND.

I just finished my first year with PBL and it was a great year. I attended the State Leadership Conference and went to the National Leadership Conference in Nashville. I look forward to participating in many other events in the coming years.

I am currently working as an intern financial representative for Northwestern Mutual. When I'm not in class or at work I enjoy movies and reading, or just hanging out with friends.

Kaleb Hruby
Vice President of Operations

Hello, I am Kaleb Hruby, this year’s VP of Operations. I am originally from Bismarck and am currently a junior at Jamestown College majoring in Communication and Business Administration. I am also pursuing a minor in psychology.

This is my 4th year in FBLA-PBL and I am very excited to be a part of the state team this year. I am also serving as my chapter’s President. In high school I attended the national conference in Atlanta where I had a lot of fun and learned a great deal. I am really looking forward to both the state and national conferences this year.

In addition to being involved in PBL, I work in the Jamestown College Student Media Center as a coordinator for the TV station. When I am not in school, I enjoy spending time at the lake, playing racquetball, and riding my bike.
